Compare the part number and product photos with your original part. Small-engine fitment can vary by production date, serial number, and machine version.

Return Requests

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending a part back.

Return Shipping

Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Southern Small Engine Parts, such as sending the wrong item or an item that does not match its listing. If the mistake is ours, we cover return shipping. Contact us before purchasing return postage so we can arrange it.

Returned Parts

Return parts in the condition you received them, with all included pieces and packaging when applicable. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know when requesting your return.
